We are excited to present the 2017 ULI Singapore Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Mentorship Programme exclusively to ULI women members under age 35.
GOALS
The mission of the ULI Singapore WLI Mentorship Programme is to facilitate personal and professional growth through mentorship between experienced executives in the industry (“Mentors”) and young woman real estate professionals (“Mentees”). The objectives are to provide Mentees the opportunity to connect and create meaningful relationships with Mentors; and seek advice, guidance and support on their career development &/or specific issues in their field of work.
STRUCTURE
Building a professional and social relationship between Mentor and Mentee is accomplished through attending three WLI Singapore Mentor-Mentee events throughout the year, as well as establishing individual communication, with quarterly meetings scheduled directly between Mentor and Mentee. There will be a kick-off cocktail at the start of the programme.
After assigning Mentees to Mentors, most communication (except for the WLI sponsored events mentioned above) will be directly between the Mentor and the Mentee. The Mentee would be responsible to schedule meetings with your mentor based on a mutually agreeable time.
