Join ULI
A complete listing of membership types can be found under the Membership Types and Benefits pages. We have options for both Individuals and Groups to join. If you have already reviewed the membership options and decided which member type is right for you, there are four easy ways to join:
- Join online.
- Email your membership application with payment information to ULI_AsiaPac@uli.org
- Fax your membership application with payment information to +852 2169 3730.
- Mail your membership application with payment to:

Renew Your Membership
If you are currently a member and your membership is up for renewal, you can renew any of the following four ways:
- Renew online: Log in to your member account using the e-mail address and password you created. Once you are on your profile page, click “renew” in the upper right-hand corner. If you do not remember your password or the “renew” link is not on your profile page, contact ULI Customer Service at customerservice@uli.org or call +852 3757 9693. Renew online now.
- Renew by email: Email either your invoice or renewal form with your ULI member information and member ID number (if you know it) as well as your credit card information for payment to asiamembership@uli.org
- Renew by fax: Fax either your invoice or renewal form with your ULI member information and member ID number (if you know it) as well as your credit card information for payment to +852 2169 3730.
- Renew by mail: Mail either your invoice or renewal form with your ULI member information and member ID number (if you know it) as well as your credit card information or cheque for payment to:

How can I request a copy of my renewal invoice?
To receive a copy of your renewal invoice, e-mail your request to asiamembership@uli.org or call +852 3757 9693
I have recently changed jobs. How can I update my company information?
You may update your company information at My ULI (login required) or by e-mailing it to Customer Service at customerservice@uli.org.
I would like to change my member type. How can I renew at a different membership level?
E-mail ULI Customer Service at customerservice@uli.org or call +852 3757 9693.
I did not realize my membership was up for renewal. How often are members contacted before their membership expires?
Members are contacted at least six times during a three- to four-month period using a variety of media, including e-mails, printed invoices, and phone calls.
When can I expect to receive my membership card?
Membership cards are mailed the Monday after your payment has been received and processed.
