Join us in India for an exclusive and immersive study tour of Bangalore and Mumbai from 17-19 February culminating in the 2025 ULI India Annual Conference from 19-20 February.
ULI Asia Pacific study tours utilise its global network of over 48,000 multi-disciplinary members to help educate and share knowledge among industry professionals.
The tours aim to engage with key government, real estate and arts related associations to understand best practice around policy, investment, and programming and their impact on the value – financial and social – of surrounding area and is designed for mid to upper level executives associated with real estate development and the design and planning disciplines that engage both the public and private sectors.
Objectives of the Study Tour programme:

- Presentations by developers, owners, architects and government officials on the lessons learned from these projects to see and hear about what worked and what could have been improved.
