ULI Asia Pacific Study Tours
ULI Asia Pacific study tours utilises its global network of close to 40,000 multi-disciplinary members to help educate and share knowledge among industry professionals.
The tours aim to engage with key government, real estate and arts related associations to understand best practice around policy, investment, and programming and their impact on the value – financial and social – of surrounding area and is designed for mid to upper level executives associated with real estate development and the design and planning disciplines that engage both the public and private sectors.
Objectives of the Study Tour program:
- Informed and direct access to some of the most exciting projects through the global network of ULI – developments by both public and private developers.
- Presentations by developers, owners, architects and government officials on the lessons learned from these projects to see and hear about what worked and what could have been improved.
- Exposure to the latest trends and issues that drive value through their association with cultural and community development and learn how deal structuring can assist in delivery of arts and cultural amenity as well as commercial value.
- Access to participate and benefit from attending the ULI Fall Meeting. This is the pre-eminent and most highly regarded real estate conference in North America held each year and expected to attract over 7,000 delegates.
