Patrick Phillips, ULI CEO, hosted a discussion session with ULI Young Leaders on 5 December 2011 in Singapore.

Patrick shared his background and experience and candidly offered his insights on global trends, opportunities, and challenges for the property industry. Participants were encouraged to engage in an interactive session where dialogue was unstructured and fluid. Feedback and input from the participants were welcomed.
