MUMBAI, INDIA (7 Oct 2022) – Urban Land Institute (ULI), global member-driven research and education non-profit dedicated to promoting real estate and land use expertise, announced its expansion into India to advance the country’s growing real estate sector providing leadership, education, and a platform to highlight awareness of global best practices in land development and the built environment. Kicking off its entry into India, ULI held a meeting with Sanjeev Sanyal, member, the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council, and other industry leaders in the real estate and built environment sector.
“As one of the fastest growing large economies in the world, with booming urbanisation, dynamic infrastructure initiatives, and long-term investment inflows, the real estate sector is poised for incredible growth and opportunity. We are excited to bring our expertise and collaboration to work with real estate leaders in India and focus on shaping the future of the dynamic built environment in the country by fulfilling our commitments toward a net zero future, increasing housing attainability, and educating the next generation of diverse real estate leaders,” said David Faulkner, president, ULI Asia Pacific.
