[8 August 2025] — ULI Asia Pacific has published its first Thought Leadership Journal, intended to provide a guide to the research and thought leadership content produced by ULI across the region. Following this first issue, the Journal will be published quarterly from October.

The Journal will feature a range of content under ULI’s five pillars: Capital markets, Housing, Sustainability, Technology and Cities & Communities. It will highlight the Institute’s major reports as well as content from Local Councils around the region and original material.

ULI Asia Pacific members represent a deep well of insight and experience in the built environment, so members and corporate partners are encouraged to engage with the Journal, whether that is to contribute views, case studies or ideas for further research.
