2016 Competition – “Connecting Urban Precincts”
The 2016 competition again offered the next generation of design and property professionals to respond to a key strategic facing urban development in one of Australia’s major cities.
2016 Competition convenors, the ULI Young Leaders’s Group in Brisbane, selected Brisbane’s inner fringe as the project area, with the competition seeking urban innovations that could transform the interface between the Brisbane City Centre and the Fortitude Valley precinct into a connected, urban, active and sub-tropical place befitting a New World City.
