ULI Asia Pacific and the Jakarta Property Institute (JPI) have signed a memorandum of understanding to partner on research and publications, and share knowledge through joint programmes and events. The partnership will more closely connect the industry networks of both institutes.

The ULI-JPI MOU was signed by Professor Khoo Teng Chye, Chairman of ULI Asia Pacific and Husodo Angkosubroto, Vice Chairman of the Jakarta Property Institute in Singapore.

The partnership is a regional cooperation to exchange ideas, information, experiences, and best practices that support efforts in building cities in Indonesia that are resilient, inclusive, vibrant and sustainable. Both organisations recognise the need to share the results of project-based research and innovative strategies in sustainable land use and development that will positively impact the future of cities in Indonesia.
