Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of Asia Pacific, this contractor will work closely with both regional and local team in execution of email and digital marketing campaigns for the Asia Pacific region.

This is a one-year contract position, based in Manila. Subject to renewal.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Corporate Partnership

• Support production and development of marketing campaigns and initiatives, such as e-Newsletter, webinars.

Individual Membership

• Support production of membership email campaigns based on the directions and briefs from Senior Manager of Membership and Marketing. Emails include regular regional membership campaigns in both English and local languages, new member onboarding, renewal, post-event emails.
• Perform email campaign and data analysis per request.

Asia Communications

• Work closely with Senior Associate, Communications in production of localized emails, including but not limited to post-event recording/content announcements, publications/reports, leadership communications.

Digital Contents

• Support video/sound files editing and promotion videos production, if needed.

Local Councils

• Support new local councils’ marketing email and website updates, if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary education in Marketing/Design/Business or related field.
• 2+ years of email and digital marketing experience.
• Knowledge in design and video/sound file editing software will be preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong organization and effective time management skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English).
