The construction industry remains in an insolvency crisis, with contractors collapsing at a rate that has not been seen for almost a decade. This is contributing to delivery challenges, which along with current macroeconomic cost pressures, continue to have a devastating impact to portfolios, individual project viability and the incorporation of ESG initiatives.

Join ULI Sydney District Council for a thought-provoking discussion about navigating the current cost climate and strategic solutions for successful portfolio management and project delivery as we look ahead as an industry.

Industry leading construction economist Damon Roast will commence with his thoughts on pricing across all sectors in the built environment. This will set the tone for a panel discussion with industry leaders covering every aspect of the development lifecycle including capital markets, development and construction.
