Ryo Kishida is Manager of Investment/Acquisition Advisory at PROFITZ. He was in charge of the planning, formation and asset management of real estate investment funds, but recently heads the formation of concept-based residence funds as well as acquisition and asset management of Section L Hamamatsucho. Kishida has experience in conducting real estate investments in the U.K. and U.S., renewable energy business development, residential land redevelopment business, etc. at a major conglomerate company. He also engaged in retail facility development projects, hotel developments and large-scale sales projects at other companies.

Howard Ho is co-founder and CEO of K.K. Section L, a hospitality management company specializing in hotels and furnished rental apartments. In his 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Howard has worked for brands such as Four Seasons and Shangri-La. At Shangri-La, he was asset manager for the group’s portfolio of owned hotels and worked on real estate investments across Greater China and Australia. He was also instrumental in the creation and launch of JEN by Shangri-La, a lifestyle hotel brand with locations all across Asia. Howard is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, and currently serves as Regional Vice President of Cornell Hotel Society as well as a member of the Dean’s Young Alumni Council
