Mr. Vo Sy Nhan is taking leading roles as a local professional developer as well as real estate fund manager. He is an active member of Young President Organization and a Harvard Business School alumnus. Mr. Nhan is the CEO/Co-Founder of Gaw NP Capital, investing actively in mix-used development, hospitality, commercial real estates, industrial estates and data center. Prior to joining private sector, Nhan had worked for the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City as a public servant. After 8 long years of contributing to the city, Nhan returned to Private sector. Throughout the years, he successfully structured and executed deals for international quality real estate properties such as The Estella, Saigon OneHub, and Empire City. A highlight of his career was the acquisition of the Vietnam Real Estate Portfolio from Indochina Land, including Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa and Indochina Plaza Hanoi. Lastly, Nhan was the co-founder and Chairman of Naked Hub Vietnam JV that later acquired by WeWork strategically. Nhan graduated from Deakin University (Australia) in 1999 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing. He earned an MBA from Maastricht School of Management in the field of Strategic Management in 2004.

Josh is currently Chief Representative of John Swire & Sons Vietnam, a role he started in January 2023 with the objective of sourcing investment opportunities for the Swire Group. Prior to that, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Swire Properties’ Taikoo Place development since 2020 where he focused on the preleasing and launch of the 1m sq ft Grade A office tower Two Taikoo Place whilst also helping to oversee asset management for the broader 7 million sq ft commercial portfolio. Josh also led on a number of strategic placemaking projects as part of Taikoo Place’s transformation, with a particular focus on sustainability. Josh joined Swire’s Management Trainee program in 2012 and, prior to joining Swire Properties, spent eight years working in a number of management roles across Cathay Pacific Airways. This included extensive country management experience leading teams across ASEAN as Country Manager Cambodia, where he also served as a Board Member for the British Chamber of Commerce, and Manager East Indonesia. More recently Josh project managed the implementation of Cathay’s global business restructure through 2018-2020. Josh hails from the UK and graduated from Durham University with a 1st class degree in English Literature. Since then, he has achieved Foundation level of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA) in 2017 and was certified as a Lean Black Belt whilst in his final role at Cathay. Whilst at Swire, Josh has also completed various executive training and leadership courses at INSEAD Business School.

Edward is the head of Capital Projects & Infrastructure Advisory at PwC Vietnam and Malaysia. Prior to taking this role, he has been the managing partner of Strategy&, with more than 30 years of rich industry and consulting experience. Edward specialises in commercial and economic advisory including experience in development of national economic development agenda, transport infrastructure, aviation, rail, ports, road transport and logistics, IT Strategy and Transformation, etc. He has a strong background in private sector infrastructure development, management and operation. He has also led many regional and national strategic engagements that involve long term infrastructure planning and economic development. Prior to the experience at PwC and Strategy&, Edward had over 17 years of experience in airline management and airport investment at leading airline and airport management companies. Edward has been a speaker at numerous conferences on national strategic development, transport, logistics, civil aviation and government reforms. Edward holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School in the UK and BSc in Computer Systems Engineering from University of Kent at Canterbury in the UK.

Mr. Le serves as Director and is responsible for acquisitions and development in Vietnam. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, he brings 18 years of experience in real estate and development in Vietnam. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he was the Head of Investment at Sunny World Investment and Development, where he oversaw and led land acquisitions and assets transactions for five years. Le started his real estate career at VinaCapital Real Estate before gaining extensive experience in JLL and Gaw Capital, where he led a $1.2 billion mixed-use development transaction in Ho Chi Minh City. Le earned an Executive Master of Business Administrations from University of Hawaii in Manoa, a Master of Commerce from Macquarie University, Australia and a Bachelor of Business from National Economics University, Vietnam.
