事業用不動産業界において30年近い経験を持ち、C&Wがオーストラリア、ニュージーランド、日本、韓国に展開する19つのオフィスにおいて、2,100名を超える従業員を統括。以前は、同社のインターナショナルディレクター兼オルタナティブ投資チーム責任者を務め、学生寮、高齢者向け住宅、医療施設、保育施設、BTR(賃貸向け共同住宅)、障害者向け専門宿泊施設、データセンター、再生可能エネルギー分野を率いていました。同氏の豊富な経験には、JB Were、EY、JLLでのリーダーシップ職も含まれ、JLLでは12年間にわたりオルタナティブ投資部門の責任者を務めました。さらに、10年間にわたり自身の建設会社を経営していました。

With almost three decades of experience in the real estate industry, Noral oversee a team of over 2,100 employees across 19 offices throughout Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Korea.
Prior to being appointed Cushman & Wakefield's CEO - ANZ and North Asia, Noral was International Director and Head of the Alternatives Investments team at Cushman & Wakefield, specialising in Student Accommodation, Seniors Living, Healthcare, Child Care, Build-to-Rent, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Data Centres and Renewables.
Prior to being appointed Cushman & Wakefield's CEO - ANZ and North Asia, Noral was International Director and Head of the Alternatives Investments team at Cushman & Wakefield, specialising in Student Accommodation, Seniors Living, Healthcare, Child Care, Build-to-Rent, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Data Centres and Renewables.
Services provided across these sectors include valuation and advisory, strategic advisory & consulting, feasibility studies, transactions and acquisition and disposal advice.
Noral’s extensive experience also includes leadership positions at JB Were, EY, and JLL, where she served as the Head of Alternatives for 12 years. Additionally, Noral also ran her own construction company for a decade, further enriching her understanding of the real estate industry.
