About the Council

The Industrial and Logistics Council’s objectives are to provide a platform for senior real estate executives to share best practices on the strategy and operation in industrial and logistics, and discuss the trends, challenges and solutions in the industry.

The council is committed to meeting twice yearly for half a day of programming. One of the two annual meetings is organised alongside the major ULI event in Asia Pacific – ULI Asia Pacific Summit.

Council membership is highly selective and criteria used by each Council’s leadership includes, but is not limited to:

  • The number of available seats on a Council
  • Professional role of the applicant vs. current representation on Council
  • Geographic region in which the prospective member does business vs. current representation on Council
