Situated in front of Seodaemun Station, Westgate Tower which was constructed in 2010 made history in 2022 by becoming the first office building in Seoul to be acquired by HINES, one of the world's top three real estate developers. The remodeling of the common areas has significantly enhanced the building's value, encompassing a revamped lobby that leaves a lasting first impression, reimagined lower floors, and innovative utilization of the rooftop space.
During the Westgate Tower Study Tour, Harry Lee, Managing Director and Country Head of Hines Korea, will provide an overview of Hines and its ventures in Korea, including the esteemed Global Quantum Complex in Busan.
