    Executive Director - Alceon Qld and Rino Recycling, Alceon

    Todd Pepper is the Founder and Executive Director of Alceon Qld and has over 30 years’ experience across a broad range of property and private equity sectors. Alceon Qld is currently pursuing a strategy of developing, refurbishing and upcycling suburban office buildings and Suburban Office Parks, and has been responsible for the development of in excess of over 100,000m² over the last 10 years. Todd’s most recent strategy and role is as Director of Rino Recycling. Rino is now investing in a state-of-the-art facility in Pinkenba that will dramatically improve waste recovery rates and divert resources away from landfill, providing a quality alternative to virgin quarried material like road base, aggregates and soils.
