Join ULI Brisbane for an Exclusive Hard-Hat Tour of Monarch Residences

Step behind the scenes of one of Brisbane’s most iconic riverside developments—Monarch Residences. As construction progresses, the building’s impressive structure is now taking shape, with the basement and podium slabs recently completed. To mark these exciting milestones, we invite you to a sneak preview of this transformative project!

The Hard-Hat Tour will be guided by James MacGinley of Consolidated Properties Group, who will share insider insights into the history and future of this landmark site.

After the tour, unwind and network over beers sponsored by Superloop at The Regatta Hotel (543 Coronation Drive, Toowong).

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience the making of Brisbane’s skyline up close!

We look forward to seeing you there.
