Lok Sin Tong Social Housing Scheme "LST Housing" - Lok Sin Village in Tai Po Project aims at providing affordable rent and family supporting services for low-income families who are waiting for Public Rental Housing and living in dismal conditions.

The land for Lok Sin Village was generously leased by Wheelock Properties Limited for a nominal sum of HK$1, in a show of support for the government's initiative to provide more transitional housing. Today, Lok Sin Village is a thriving community, providing 1,236 transitional housing units and accommodating approximately 2,000 residents.
