Enomoto has 33 years experience in real estate finance globally. He is a founding member of Nomura’s investment activities that commenced overseas with a joint venture in US real estate with a major US pension fund in 1990 and domestically in 1997. He established Nomura Real Estate Investment Management in 2001 to manage various private real estate funds and Nomura Real Estate Capital Management in 2005 to manage securitized real estate products. He currently overseas the real estate investment banking and real estate brokerage and sales unit of Nomura Real Estate Group as Executive Vice President of Nomura Real Estate Urban Net Co., Ltd.

Okubo joined CBRE in October 2013 to lead the research operations for the Japanese market. In this capacity he oversees a team of analysts and researchers studying leasing and investment trends within the nation’s office, industrial, and retail sectors. The team also covers other facets of the domestic real estate marketplace and provides viewpoints on topics of interest to owners, occupiers, and investors. Before joining CBRE, he spent nearly 16 years working as a sell-side equity analyst for investment banks that included Mizuho Securities, Macquarie Capital Securities, Goldman Sachs, and UBS. He has covered the real estate sector since 2000.

Dr. Imazeki is the chief analyst of Sanko Estate as well as the representative director of Commercial Property Research Institute. Based in Tokyo, Dr. Imazeki analyzes major office markets across Japan for over 20 years and publishes their market reports periodically. Before joining Sanko Estate in 2010, he worked for LaSalle Investment Management and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) for over seven years in total. At LaSalle, he was the investment strategist and a member of the global research team. At JLL, he was an associate director heading JLL Japan’s research team. He received a Ph.D. in Real Estate from Georgia State University, an M.B.A. from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Economics from Chuo University. He teaches real estate courses at Meikai University as the lecturer.
