With the rise of ESG disclosure requirements and increasingly felt climate impacts across the globe, there is a demand for more systematic consideration of sustainability in real estate investments. One of the most commonly used frameworks is the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). With over 5,000 global signatories in 2023, the PRI includes six principles covering possible actions in investment stewardship, decision making, implementation, and disclosure. Additionally, the PRI has an asset class specific module which sets out requirements for direct real estate investments and indirect investments in real estate funds.

In this event, ULI Decarbonization and Resilience Committee convenes representatives from global and regional asset managers, consultancy, facilities manager, etc. to share their extensive experience in adopting the PRI. Participants can expect to deep dive into challenges and best practices related to the adoption of PRI principles in real estate. How can real estate investors fully integrate sustainability goals throughout their investment cycle, and how can they collaborate with relevant stakeholders to overcome these challenges?

Registration is required - deadline is 22 March 2024 (Friday).

Event confirmation details will be sent to all participants 2 days prior to the event.
