Meet the ULI Singapore Sustainability Superheroes! Join Us for a Fun & Insightful Discussion at the WLI Insider Series!

Ever heard the joke that starts, ‘A priest, a rabbi, and a monk walk into a bar…’? Now imagine this: ‘A sustainability consultant, a real estate investor, a developer, and a facility manager walk into a bar…’ But this time, it’s not a joke — it’s an engaging, eye-opening panel discussion you won’t want to miss!

ULI Singapore is proud to present four Sustainability Superheroes from across the real estate value chain for a lively conversation that promises to be fun, frank, and fresh. Each panellist brings a unique perspective on what sustainability means in their day-to-day work, and how it shapes their decisions and actions. Here’s the best part: We’ll explore how these different viewpoints connect (or don’t yet!) in the grand scheme of sustainable development.

Join Joelle Chen, Head of Sustainability APAC at LaSalle Investment Management, as she moderates this dynamic session. Expect an afternoon of light-hearted engagement that goes beyond the usual talk of costs and timelines. We’ll dig into the real motivations, challenges, and opportunities that drive sustainability in the real estate sector.

    • Consultant Ambitions: Hear what sustainability experts wish they could change about the world.
    • On-the-Ground Realities: Understand the challenges and opportunities faced by facility managers.
