Registration Fees
ULI Member: $50 AUD per team*
ULI Non-member: $100 AUD per team*
Students: $25 AUD per team* (ULI Members & Non-Members)
(Entrants in the student category must register using their student email address)
Please note entrants (whole team) that are selected to proceed to Stage 2 are required to be members of ULI to participate in Stage 2.

Upon receipt of the application form, the team leader will be sent a confirmation email which details the submission process and also a registration number. This number is each entrant’s unique identifier and must be included on submitted material.
Stage 1 registrations must be received via the Competition website no later than 11:59pm AEST (GMT+10) on the date nominated under Submission Dates unless otherwise noted.
Stage One submissions must be received via the unique DropBox link provided to you upon registration by 11:59pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT +10:00) on 23 September 2018.
Eligibility
This Competition is open to individuals and teams whose members are under the age of 35 years as at 1 June 2018 and who pay the required registration fee.
Teams may comprise up to four people. All members of a team must satisfy the eligibility requirements.
Entrants / teams are also required to comply with the Competition Terms and Conditions.
Where possible and appropriate, entrants are encouraged to form multi-disciplinary teams that may include one or multiple disciplines related to the Urban Innovation Initiative.
The following are not permitted to compete in the Competition: Members of the Competition jury; the Competition advisers and organisers; all officials, current employees and recent former employees of ULI; direct employees, students, and immediate families of the aforementioned parties; and those who ULI deems to present conflicts of interest.
Failure to comply with the Competition Terms and Conditions will lead to disqualification. ULI reserves the right to disqualify teams as it deems fit.

Ownership And Copyright
All material submitted to the Competition will become the property of ULI, and will not be returned. ULI retains worldwide, royalty-free rights to publish and exhibit all entries as detailed in the section “Exhibition and Publication” below without limitation. ULI reserves the right to utilise all materials submitted in any publication or promotional endeavour in perpetuity, and without compensation to the entrants.
Entrants / teams will retain full copyright of all their materials unless otherwise assigned. Each team retains the right to publish and exhibit their entry.
Exhibition And Publication
ULI intends to display all or a selection of Competition entries across a number of platforms which may include online, print and/or in an exhibition. Every effort will be made to credit the appropriate entrants / teams in any exhibition, publication, or website, although ULI accepts no responsibility for failure to do so.
ULI reserves the right not to exhibit any scheme at its sole discretion.
