Head of Strategic Customer
Based in Singapore, Peter Garrison covers all the company’s target markets across Asia-Pacific. With customers at the forefront of LOGOS’ strategy, Peter’s regional function facilitates the coordination of current and future 3PL, e-commerce, and end-user requirements throughout Asia Pacific. Peter uses insights gained from LOGOS’ customer relationships to provide future value in emerging innovation areas such as new investment geographies, automation and robotics, cold storage, last mile logistics, and sustainability. Peter has 15 years’ experience in the Asia-Pacific real estate industry. Within the logistics property sector, he has held roles in brokerage, consultancy, development and investment. Prior to relocating to Singapore, Peter was based in Shanghai for 12 years and most recently oversaw leasing for LOGOS’ China development portfolio. He has held previous positions with Brookfield and Colliers International.
Joseph Lam is an investment manager at Gaw Capital Partners based in Hong Kong. He joined the firm since 2014 and he focuses on real estate investment across multiple geographical locations in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Gaw Capital, Joseph worked at Deloitte & Touche in New York, where he specialized in audit for private equity and hedge fund clients.
Joseph holds a BSc degree in Finance and Accounting from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.
Jai Mirpuri has over 18 years of experience in real estate investment and fund management in Asia, including 13 years of investment and organisation building in The Redwood Group. Mr. Mirpuri joined Redwood in 2008, and became Country Head of ESR India in 2017 to establish ESR’s platform in India. He previously held positions at Deutsche Bank and Capital One Bank. Mr. Mirpuri holds bachelor’s and master’s degree in aerospace engineering from IIT Bombay, an MBA from INSEAD and a Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services Certificate for Funds Management granted by the Institute of Banking and Finance from Singapore.

Colin studied in the UK and worked originally as an attorney in Hong Kong before switching to journalism,
where he worked for twenty years as both a writer and photographer.
Focused mainly on China, he covered news for publications in the UK and Europe before moving on to business feature writing for outlets ranging from the South China Morning Post to the Economist Group. He was also involved in commercially-focused work, including in particular report writing and analysis for clients including the Economist Intelligence Unit, McKinsey & Co, Booz & Co, and the ULI, for whom he wrote the Emerging Trends Asia Pacific report beginning in 2008.
His role at the ULI is to drive content development across the region, including research initiatives, content partnerships with corporate members and industry organisations, and programmes such as advisory services panels. He is based in Hong Kong.
