Choon Fah is a ULI Global Governing Trustee, Immediate past Chair of ULI Singapore, member of the ULI Singapore Executive Committee and the ULI Asia-Pacific Learning Sub-group. She is Adjunct Professor and member of the Institute of Real Estate & Urban Studies at the National University of Singapore and member of Council for Real Estate Agencies. Peter has had a 35-year career in building and leading professional services companies, providing advisory services related to urban planning and development, urban economics, and real estate strategy, to the public and private sectors. He has led major projects across Australia, the Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom. His ability to marry urban planning and economic considerations has made him a trusted advisor internationally to major private and public companies and all levels of government.

Sefton is Managing Director, Head of the Conceptual Construction Group for the Asia Pacific region. In his role, he is responsible for market analysis, competitive benchmarking, architect and consultant selection, design management and coordination, bidding, contracting, and preconstruction phase
management across the Asia Pacific region. Sefton joined the firm in 2022 with more than two decades of experience across a diverse range of asset classes, including urban regeneration, mixed-use, commercial high rise, residential high rise, health, retail, and transport in pre-construction, design, delivery, and execution capacities.

Rishi currently serves as the COO of Max Estates, which is one of the leading real estate development companies in Delhi NCR.

In his current role, Rishi is responsible for strategy, growth (organic & inorganic), construction & development, sales & marketing, digital & IT, strategic cross functional initiatives (e.g. ESG, SOPs) interface with regulatory authorities, engagement with investors & media, and overall P&L of the real estate business (commercial and residential asset classes).
