Join us to hear how Melbourne Airport is planning for the predicted and extraordinary growth and the opportunities it is bringing to the property sector and the Victorian economy.

Melbourne Airport is experiencing an unprecedented and sustained period of growth in passenger numbers and is now one of the fastest growing international airports globally…..and there are no signs of a slow down.

At the time of its privatisation in 1997, passenger numbers through Melbourne Airport were at 10 million per year. Today, that number is at 34 million and in 20 years from now, it is expected that those numbers will more than double again.

iamgeStuart Verrier, Head of Property Development, has had over 20 years’ experience in the Property and Construction industry and has worked for several of Australia’s most well known property, development and construction companies including Multiplex, Baulderstone Hornibrook, Theiss, Savills, Villawood Properties and the Grocon Group of Companies.

In his present role, Stuart is responsible for the identification, analysis and delivery of all property development opportunities that expand on Melbourne Airport’s property assets including the redevelopment of existing sites, associated infrastructure and new projects.
