Join the ULI NSW Young Leaders Group for an intimate Q & A session with Fabrizio Perilli, Chief Executive Officer, Development and Construction for the Toga Group. Fabrizio has over 25 years of experience in property and has been responsible for a number of major developments across Australia and overseas with a value in excess of $5 billion.

Fabrizio will discuss the future of the property industry, his take on Sydney’s housing affordability crisis, as well as his passion for developing people. Fabrizio will share Toga’s philanthropic initiatives including the OzHarvest rescued food supermarket in Kensington.

Fabrizio has more than 25 years’ experience across the end-to-end development cycle from project identification and inception through to concept development and delivery. Fabrizio’s expertise includes: leadership, vision and strategic development, stakeholder management, site aquisition, development delivery and risk management.

In his time at TOGA, Fabrizio has successfully led the company’s focus on achieving value and quality outcomes for all stakeholders and has overseen the delivery of outstanding mixed-use, residential, retail and commercial precincts nationwide.

Fabrizio has also driven innovative refurbishment projects for TOGA-owned assets and the sustained growth of the Development and Construction divisions. Prior to his appointment to TOGA, Fabrizio was a Director at Clifton Coney Group (Coffey Projects) and over the ten years was responsible for major Australia wide projects as well as establishing and leading new operations in Sydney, New Zealand and Vietnam.
