Urban waterfronts present brilliant development opportunities and cities across the world have been creating successful new waterfront developments or reinventing existing ones. Singapore has transformed the riverfront at Boat Quay, Clarke Quay and most recently Robertson Quay. Robertson Quay has undergone a second transformation that has seen the development of a luxury hotel and a collection of eclectic F&B establishments including a private members’ club. The revitalised waterfront district has elevated the Robertson Quay neighborhood economically and socially, enlivening the area and local community. This is a one of its kind private-sector led urban waterfront precinct redevelopment in Singapore.

ULI members will have an exclusive tour of the upgraded precinct and conclude the evening with an intimate discussion with the key stakeholders on the exciting journey of realising this project.
