The Urban Land Institute (ULI) works with cities around the world to share best practices in land use and real estate development through the Advisory Services Programme, a 71-year-old initiative that has completed over 600 panels in 47 states, 12 countries, and 4 continents. Read more

In Asia Pacific, the Advisory Services programme has worked closely with local agencies on a range of land use and urban issues. This event will showcase an in-depth discussion on the Advisory Services panel process, the impact that the programme has had on its projects, and the individual experiences of the panelists and sponsors. This past year in Asia Pacific, the Advisory Services programme has worked closely with local agencies on topics including envisioning the future city in Wuhan, historic preservation in Beijing, and master plan development in Singapore.
