As part of the Young Leaders Group Lunch and Learn Series, please join ULI for this excellent opportunity to meet David Schaefer, Managing Director and Head of AEW – Asia Pacific and learn about his personal real estate journey. Mr. Schaefer will share with participants on his personal experience in the real estate industry, as well as his views on the various real estate markets across Asia Pacific.

About the Speaker

David Schaefer
Managing Director & Head of AEW – Asia Pacific

david-schaeferMr. Schaefer serves as Managing Director and Head of AEW’s Asia Pacific platform. He has over 26 years of real estate investment experience in the Asia pacific region. Prior roles include the Head of Asia Pacific at Citi Property Investors, where he created Citi’s fist Pan-Asia real estate opportunity fund. Prior to Citi, Mr. Schaefer was Head of Property –Asia for Macquarie Bank and Senior Advisor to the Schroder Asian Properties fund. Mr. Schaefer has a B.A. and M.B.A. from Cornell University.
