UrbanPlan, an interactive classroom-based workshop in which students learn about the fundamental forces that affect urban regeneration, was piloted in Hong Kong in March. Based on the feedback from students and teachers, we have customised the programme to reflect the local built environment and its challenges. Learn more about the pilot, by watching the video here.

In November, we will organise volunteer training and two student workshops in partnership with the Independent Schools Foundation (ISF) Academy. The student workshops will be led by facilitators and volunteers who are industry professionals, such as yourself.

The time commitment from volunteers includes: preparatory reading, a half-day volunteer training session and a six-hour workshop delivery as schedules allow.

Volunteer Training
Monday, 12 November (14:00 – 18:00)

Choice of one of the following:

Student Workshop I
Tuesday, 13 November (09:30 – 15:30)

OR

Student Workshop II
Wednesday, 14 November  (9:30-15:30)

All the workshops will take place at ISF Academy, Cyberport.

Those interested in supporting UrbanPlan in the long term, who are unable to participate in any of the student workshops on this occasion, are welcome to join us for our half-day volunteer training session on Monday, in preparation for future engagement.
