Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Partnerships of Asia Pacific, this person will provide a full spectrum of customer service and administrative support to the Corporate and Individual Membership team.
This is a one-year contract position, based in Manila. Subject to renewal.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Customer Services Support:
- Manage APAC Corporate Programme email inbox – handling membership queries and account management support (where applicable)
- Support event and programme registrations for both Individual members and corporate partners by working closely with the Customer Service team
Corporate membership:
- Work with Customer Service team to prepare and send renewal profiles
- Working with Customer Service to verify and follow up with add-on memberships, outstanding payments and other Corporate Partner related requests.
- Management and Tracking of entitlements used by Corporate Partners for key events (where applicable)
Individual membership:
- Supporting Senior Manager of Membership and Marketing with communications related to on-boarding, renewals and lapsed email reminders as required
Marketing / Administration Support:
- Support marketing and logistics of all Membership related programmes and activities
- Export, update and analyse member data to support strategic initiatives
- Support administration works relating to Affinity Groups and Product Councils, if required
- Other ad hoc projects such as regional conference website/event app/virtual platform updates, if required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 2+ years of customer service and administration experience preferably in an international firm.
- Familiar with MS office.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong organization and effective time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English). Mandarin would be a plus.
