POSITION SUMMARY
We have an opportunity for a dynamic, driven marketing professional to join the ULI Asia Pacific team and make a significant contribution to the region’s flagship event – the ULI Asia Pacific Summit. Working closely with the Summit project team, this person will be responsible for developing compelling marketing messaging and integrated campaigns that build the brand, drive interest, generate leads and attendance to this major regional convening; and ultimately boost the Institute’s impact in the Asia Pacific.
A creative and quantitative thinker is needed for this role. This person should be familiar with various product marketing and management techniques, including direct response marketing, digital marketing, and the development of pricing strategies.
Remote working, ideally based in Singapore/Hong Kong.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Develop, organize, and execute marketing campaigns within approved budget.
- Accountable for all marketing initiatives to drive engagement and leads to deliver registration revenue goal.
- Analyze, report, and use metrics to evaluate and improve campaigns and strategies.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing particularly in creating engaging social posts with demonstrable social media analytics tools knowledge.
- Copywriting experience is a must; Editing (photo/video/text) skills is a bonus.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
- Manage email campaigns with expertise in email best practices, including segmentation. deliverability, and copy and design approaches. Experience with HTML preferred.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including ULI members, ULI staff from marketing, membership, IT, content and other teams to gather requirements and feedback to ensure consistent messaging and effective delivery.
- Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, editors, and other external vendors as appropriate in support of marketing tactics.
- Self-starter who is detail oriented, thrives in multitasking with strong organisational ability to navigate a matrix organization effectively
- Goal-orientated strategic thinker but also willing to execute and roll up your sleeves
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing and communications. Familiarity with the real estate development or building industry is a plus.
