From our engagement with our members, we know that many of our female members are grappling with deep questions surrounding your career path and life aspirations vis-à-vis your personal definition of success. Concurrently, our male members are interested to understand how they can actively support, create and lead an inclusive workplace.
ULI Singapore's WLI (Women's Leadership Initiative) is pleased to present Honestly Speaking, a webinar series where our women leaders will share with you their personal journey, the life challenges they faced along the way and how they grew through these moments. Facilitated by CEO Counselor Huijin Kong of LinHart Group, they will candidly talk about the questions they contended with and the choices they made. We will also talk about the types of support they received from their personal and professional network that enabled their success.
