Join the ULI Sydney Women’s Leadership Initiative for an inspiring evening exploring how globally minded professionals are using their skills to support purpose-driven organisations - and how you can too.

We’ll hear from leaders at Love Mercy Foundation and 100 Women, two remarkable organisations making grassroots change through collective generosity and community partnerships across East Africa and Australia. You’ll learn how women in the real estate sector are leveraging their expertise to create meaningful impact beyond their day jobs.

This is more than a networking event, it’s a call to action for professionals who want to make their leadership count.

    Why Attend:

    • Connect with a community of like-minded leaders
    • Discover practical ways to use your professional skills in the NFP sector
    • Be inspired by real stories of leadership and impact
    • Learn how you can get involved

This event is a chance to come together around a cause that champions women’s health, dignity, and opportunity. All ticket proceeds will support Love Mercy Foundation’s Well Worth It project - a locally led initiative that directly improves access to education and opportunity for young girls and women by delivering clean, reliable water to Ugandan communities.

    Mission Priorities

This event supports ULI’s mission to educate the next generation of diverse leaders by showcasing how women across the real estate sector are using their professional skills to create impact. Through the stories of Love Mercy and 100 Women, attendees will explore purpose-driven models of leadership, philanthropy, and community engagement. The event fosters cross-generational learning, encourages global and inclusive thinking, and empowers emerging leaders to apply their expertise in ways that contribute to a more equitable and connected world.

    Rob Caslick

    CEO, Two Good Co

The idea of connecting people through food has stuck with Rob since his grandmother introduced him to a soup kitchen at the age of 13. Rob attended boarding school at St Brendan’s College from 1990-94 and St Leo’s from 95-97 where he studied Mechanical Engineering. Half way through his time at Leo’s Rob joined the Royal Australian Navy and served for 6 years as a marine engineer. In 2006, he founded an organic soup kitchen in Sydney's Kings Cross. Two Good Co was born out of a failed attempt to scale the soup kitchen without having to rely on traditional fundraising. Realizing that their social impact was far greater working with women who have experienced domestic violence, Rob pivoted Two Good to focus on a mission to change the course of the lives of vulnerable women. Since founding Two Good over 150 women have graduated from a 6months paid employment program. The goal over the next three years is for Two Good Co self fund the employment of 80 vulnerable women a year, every year through the business.
