    Victoria is the Senior Development Advisor at Yarra Valley Water and serves as the Chair of the ULI Australia Net Zero Imperative. With a Master’s Degree in Urban Design, Victoria brings over 20 years of experience in the property and development industry, having worked extensively in both the private and public sectors in various development management roles. Her expertise lies in providing strategic advice and managing complex urban development projects. Victoria is deeply passionate about advancing sustainable greenfield development that is both viable and fit-for-purpose. Her commitment to these areas is driven by a strong personal interest in creating sustainable and inclusive communities.

    Chief Investment Officer, CapitalxWise

    Jason's career spans more than 15 years in private equity real estate, funds management, and technology advisory. Having managed investment assets in excess of $4 billion in value, Jason has delivered outcomes across origination, capital raising, deal execution, risk management, and investment governance. He has a deep understanding of the commercial real estate and capital landscape both from wholesale and global institutional investment perspectives. Jason has consistently embraced strategies that bridge the traditional dealmaking process with technological advancements enabling more efficient time-to-market of financial products and greater agility to navigate an ever-changing real estate landscape. Jason's conviction is that a strong technology ecosystem enables people to remain the key ingredient in the dealmaking business where the greatest value is delivered.

    Piyush Tiwari

    Professor in Property, The University of Melbourne

    Dr. Piyush Tiwari is Professor of Property at University of Melbourne, Australia. Prior to his current position he was Director – Policy at Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC), India, where he was responsible for formulating policies for private financing of urban infrastructure in close cooperation with national and state governments. He was also editor of India Infrastructure Report 2011 on Water. Earlier, he was Senior Lecturer (Property) and Program Leader, MSc (International Real Estate Markets) at the Business School, University of Aberdeen, UK. He has held positions at the largest mortgage company, HDFC, India and the University of Tsukuba, Japan. His research interests include infrastructure policy, housing economics and mortgages, commercial real estate investment, and financing infrastructure in developing countries. He has published numerous research papers on issues related to real estate and infrastructure. He has published a book titled ‘International Real Estate Economics’. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). His other professional activities include Director, Asian Real Estate Society and Associate Editor, International Real Estate Review.

    Peter Verwer

    Former Prime Minister's Special Envoy for Global Business and Talent Attraction,

    Peter Verwer is a former CEO of the Property Council of Australia and the Asia Pacific Real Asset Association. Most recently he was Prime Minister's Special Envoy for Global Business and Talent Attraction. Peter has also been an Adjunct Senior Reseach Fellow at the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies at the National University of Singapore. He is currently a strategic advisor and non-executive director. Peter was invested as an Officer of the Order of Australia in January 2019 for "distinguished service to the property sector, to sustainable development and construction and to professional bodies."

    Naoyuki Yoshino

    Professor Emeritus of Economics, Keio University

    Dr. Naoyuki Yoshino is a Professor Emeritus at Keio University, Japan. From 2014 to 2020, he was Dean and CEO of the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI). He obtained his Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University (United States) where his thesis supervisor was Sir Alan Walters, economic adviser to former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. He has been an assistant professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo (1979-1981), an associate Professor at GRIPS (National Graduate Research Institute for Policy Studies, 1982-1990), and an economics professor at Keio University (1991-2014). He was the President of Foreign Exchange Council, Ministry of Finance of Japan, President of Financial System Council of Government of Japan, Policy Board Member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Japan, Chairperson of Japanese Government Bond Market Council. He was awarded honorary doctorates from the University of Gothenburg (Sweden) in 2004, Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg (Germany) in 2013 and received the Fukuzawa Award in 2013 for his contribution to research on economic policy. He received the International Green Finance Lifetime Achievement Scientific Award from the Central Bank of Hungary which was held at the Planet Budapest 2021 Sustainability EXPO Summit. He is a member of the Economic Advisory Group (EAG) of the Republic of Palau in 2022-2026. Advisory Board (Chair) Stockholm School of Economics, EIJS, (Sweden) in 2024-2026.
