Happy New Year 2026! At ULI Hong Kong, we are looking forward to a year filled with lots of opportunities for you to connect and engage with the real estate community - both locally and beyond. We are delighted to kick the new year off with an event on social impact measurement.
What does social value look like in practice for Hong Kong’s built environment, and how can it be measured in a way that is credible, comparable, and genuinely useful for decision-making? Join us for a dynamic panel on social impact measurement exploring how projects can track and communicate outcomes for people, communities, and place, in parallel with financial reporting.
The conversation brings together three grounded perspectives: why impact measurement matters for real estate today, what a Hong Kong-suited proxy approach can look like to help quantify intangible outcomes, and how these tools can be integrated into placemaking and community-building initiatives from day one. Expect practical frameworks, real examples from on-the-ground work, and a candid Q&A designed for anyone working across development, place-making, and community engagement.
This event is brought to you by ULI Hong Kong Young Leaders Group and supported by the ULI Art in Place initiative.
