Join us for our final Sydney event for 2020 – an in-person site tour of the recently completed first stage of Park Sydney, the last piece of Erskineville’s Ashmore urban renewal precinct, delivered jointly by Greenland Australia and GH Australia.
Park Sydney is one of the largest urban renewal masterplanned communities in Sydney and when completed, will be home to around 3,000 residents. Delivered over several stages, and encompassing 6.9 hectares, the project will revitalise the former light industrial site between Ashmore Street and Coulson Street.
Stage 1, which is now completed, includes 330 apartments, 5,000m2 of retail, including food, beverage and lifestyle retail. The site tour will be led by Greenland Australia’s Development Director, Peter O’Meagher, who will share his insights on the development journey to date. Casual drinks will be held at the Alexandria Erskineville Bowling Club after the site tour.

Peter O'Meagher
Development Director, Greenland Australia
Peter O’Meagher joined Greenland Australia in 2016 as Development Director responsible for strategic planning, commercial risk management and project optimization. At that time landmark Sydney sites at Erskineville, Bathurst Street and Potts Points had recently been acquired and presented the company with a unique opportunity to firmly establish the Greenland brand in Australia. These sites are now the marque projects of Park Sydney, Greenland Centre and the award-winning Omnia. Following a 25-year career in property and construction, Peter continues to apply and expand his extensive experience on major projects, particular projects in and around the Sydney CBD. Prior to joining Greenland, Peter had held senior positions at Leighton Properties, Westpac Institutional Bank and before that Laing O’Rourke.
