    Yoshimasa Kimura

    Managing Director and Co-Head of Asset Management, BentallGreenOak

    Yoshimasa Kimura. Yoshimasa is a Managing Director and co-head of Asset Management of GreenOak in Tokyo. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate. Prior to joining GreenOak, he was a Fund Manager at Grosvenor Fund Management Japan and responsible for fund management and asset management for office and retail assets. Before joining Grosvenor, he worked at daVinci Advisors where he was involved in various aspects of the real estate industry, including acquisitions, asset management, project management of development deals and investments in listed companies related to the real estate industry. Yoshimasa has broad experience and a rich knowledge of the real estate investment business and has built up a large network of contacts in the real estate industry. In GreenOak, he has managed 85 assets of JPY 526bn purchase price and JPY 14bn Capex in total, mainly PJ Razorback through Japan Fund I, Asia Fund II and III since 2013. Yoshimasa started his career at Kajima Corporation, one of the largest construction companies in Japan. Yoshimasa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Kobe University and the 1st class registered architect in Japan.
