@ULICapitalTalks returns with the third edition of ULI Asia Pacific Real Estate Economic Forecast and a fireside chat with Sonny Kalsi, Co-CEO, BentallGreenOak and John Pattar, Partner and Head of Real Estate Asia, KKR.

The ULI Asia Pacific Real Estate Economic Forecast is a semi-annual survey which focuses on the key economic and real estate indicators for seven cities in the region - Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Shanghai, Sydney, and Seoul. This forecast captures the main indicators of interest to the real estate investment and development community.
The report and panel discussion aim to answer questions such as:
    • How does the region's resilience to challenges still posed by the pandemic affect the overall outlook for sectors such as office, retail, and logistics?
    • Is the region prepared for further pockets of uncertainties as recovery depends on the pace of the reopening of the global economy and, potentially, the re-emergence of the virus and further lockdowns?
    • How do geopolitical turbulence, rising inflation, and rising interest rates impact real estate investment decisions? Will this hamper the pace of the reopening of the global economy?
Look forward to other insightful projections and more.
