Mr. Felix Chan is currently an Associate in the Climate and Sustainability Group at Arup. With a specialization in sustainable and energy-efficient design, he has contributed to numerous Grade A commercial projects in Hong Kong and the Southeast Asia region. Felix is an expert in energy and carbon management, assisting major property owners in developing and implementing corporate decarbonization roadmaps. His innovative technologies, including the “Neuron” and “Conductor” platforms, have garnered multiple awards. Additionally, the disinfection system he designed for residential units has been patented in Hong Kong. His team’s project, “The Living Lab,” won the Existing Building category in the “Advancing Net Zero” Ideas Competition. Christine is a veteran in real estate investment management with extensive experience in listed and private equity real estate funds setup and management. Christine currently oversees asset investment of Link and new market development in Asia. Christine is one of the responsible officers of Link REIT and a member of Group Steering Committee of the company. Christine worked with Harvest Capital Partners and ARA Asset Management in earlier years. Christine graduated from HKU and holds a MSc Global Finance degree from the NYU Stern School of Business and the School of Business and Management of HKUST. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Benjamin oversees the global portfolio of value-added real estate plays at Magusta Group. As a property developer, Magusta specialises in refurbishments, re-purposing, site consolidation, redevelopment across a combination of residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings in Hong Kong, London, Vancouver, and Dubai. Benjamin is responsible for Magusta Group’s expansion into Dubai, building up a portfolio of residential properties and developments with most notable being Sea Mirror, an ultra-luxury villa development on Jumeriah Bay Island; following its successful launch, a second phase is currently underway. His role also spans into the group’s venture capital investment arm which includes but is not limited to PropTech and sustainable foods. Rui Hua heads the Hong Kong business and investment for ESR and reports directly to co-founders and co-CEOs Jeffrey Shen and Stuart Gibson. Professor Christine Loh, SBS, JP, OBE, Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, is Chief Development Strategist, Institute for the Environment at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She was Under Secretary for the Environment in the HKSAR Government (2012-17), Special Consultant to the Chief Executive on the mainland’s ecological civilization policy (2019-20), and a Member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council (1992-97 and 1998-20). Loh has been active in public policy and politics since the 1980s. She founded and was the CEO of the non-profit think tank, Civic Exchange (2000-12), and helped to establish several non-profit organizations in Hong Kong related to the environment, equal opportunity, and arts and culture. Professor Loh is currently a board member of CDP Worldwide, Global Maritime Forum, New Forests Pty Ltd, Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited, and is Asia Society’s Scholar in Residence (2023-24). She taught a course at Anderson School of Management, University of California at Los Angeles on nonmarket risks for five years (2018-22). She is a published author of many academic and popular works. Loh is a lawyer by training, and a commodities trader by profession. She received her legal training in England and received honorary degrees of Doctor of Law from the University of Hull and Doctor of Science from the University of Exeter.

Christophe Lee is a Managing Director of Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited (SEHK: 86), a leader in alternative investing headquartered in Hong Kong. Christophe Lee has over 33 years of financial services and asset management experience in Asia, and has held leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and SHK Financial. Tatum is a Project Director at Oval Partnership, overseeing multiple large scale cultural retail projects. She is eager to improve the built environment through bridging her passion in socio-economic development, human centric design, and creative placemaking. Prior to returning to Hong Kong, she practiced in Kohn Pedersen Fox New York; building an array of international architecture experience. Tatum is the Project Lead of the ULI global Art in Place initiative that launched their Hong Kong pilot project in 2023. The initiative propels co-creation between real estate enterprises, creatives, and the surrounding community. Apart from AIP, she is the Co-Chair of the ULI Young Leaders Group Committee, Vice President of the Hong Kong Shanghai Women's Association, and a Board Director at the Harvard Club of Hong Kong. Brett is an Independent Director of Hong Kong China Rugby, and was Producer of the Gay Games Hong Kong in 2023. He has worked for more than 40 years in the government, media and PR sectors including 15 years in HKSARG Directorate roles leading high-level communications strategy, PR, branding, marketing and international stakeholder engagement. Ray Zee is the Chief Designer at Chinachem Group. He has been practicing in architectural design internationally for over 35 years, and is specialized in office, residential, hotel, commercial and civic projects. He gained solid and extensive experience from local developers e.g. Nan Fung Development Limited and Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited. Ray has led design on projects spanning from Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and other areas across China to Singapore, London, and New York. In addition, his background has also included extended professional periods in the offices of IM Pei and Sir Norman Foster. Ray was the lead designer of the innovative mixed-use project, The Mills in Tsuen Wan. This project won the HKIA Medal of the Year of Hong Kong and Special Architectural Award for Heritage and Adaptive Re-use in the 2018-2019 HKIA Award, as well as the UNESCO Asia Pacific Award for Cultural Heritage Conservation for 2019. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Ray is a supporter of academia and over the years and has previously served as Adjunct Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at the University of Hong Kong.

Gladys So is a sustainability professional in real estate with over 15 years’ experience in sustainable building design, decarbonization and sustainable investing throughout Asia Pacific. She is the Executive Director for sustainable investing at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and communicating ESG+R strategies for real estate investments across Asia Pacific. Her expertise includes BPO, IT infrastructure projects, cloud deployment, e-commerce platforms, supply/distribution arrangements, and market expansion, particularly for businesses in the technology sector or regulated industries. Aamir Sakhia was most recently the Chief Operating Office of Lane Crawford, leading the Enterprise pillar and overseeing Logistics and Warehouse, Technology, Store Design and Environment, Merchandise Planning, and the Lab Concept operation. Raymond Leung heads Camel Vacuum Flasks (駱駝牌水壺) and as the third generation in this family business, Raymond's sensibilities are rooted in heritage with an eye on the future. A trained architect, Raymond oversaw the conversion of the Camel factory in Kowloon Bay into Camlux - a hotel which celebrates the manufacturing history of Camel, which still operates in Hong Kong. Professor Gillian Choa, a passionate educator, became the first woman and the first Hongkonger to head The Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts when she stepped up to the role of the organisation’s Director in 2021. She joined the Academy full time as a member of its Theatre Design Department in 1996 and was appointed Dean of the School of Theatre and Entertainment Arts from 2013 to 2019, and Deputy Director and Provost from 2019 before her appointment as Director. She has also worked in numerous different roles within the arts. Fay is a Principal at Redpath Partners – a global executive search business solely services the property and real estate industry. Mr Chong Chan Yau 莊陳有先生, MBE Co-founder and CEO CarbonCare InnoLab Mr Chong Chan Yau is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of CarbonCare InnoLab, a member of the Board of Director of Climate Finance Asia, and Chairman of Dialogue in the Dark (HK) Foundation. Mr Chong is a graduate from the University of Hong Kong. He obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He served in the Hong Kong Government as an Administrative Officer. He also served as an Executive Director of Oxfam Hong Kong and a member of the Board of Directors of Oxfam International. He then joined the University of Hong Kong as the Director of Student Development for its Centre for Development and Resources for Students. Mr Chong is active in promoting civil society in Hong Kong. He has been the President of the Hong Kong Blind Union, and a member of the Education and Publicity Subcommittee of the Council for Sustainable Development, which is an advisory committee to the Hong Kong SAR Government on sustainability issues. Mr Chong has received the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award in 1991 and the MBE honour in 1995 for his outstanding service to the Hong Kong community. Mr Chong was awarded the HKU Honorary Fellowship by the University of Hong Kong in 2012, and he was awarded the 12th Compassion Award in 2017.

Christopher Heady is Chairman of Asia Pacific & Head of Real Estate Asia. Mr. Heady is based in Hong Kong and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Real Estate group’s investment activities and personnel in Asia. This led Antonio to found Formwork IO with the goal to drastically reduce upfront carbon and Scope 3 emissions in the buildings and construction industry. Raymond Chow is a respected business and community leader, with an extensive international career in property spanning over 35 years. After joining Hongkong Land Limited in 1994, he served as Executive Director from 2000-2022, overseeing the company’s Commercial Property division. In this role, he was responsible for management and development of the company’s USD30 billion portfolio of premier office, retail and hotel properties around the globe – which generated annual revenues of USD1 billion. His career has taken him around the world, working with international partners, customers and communities to apply global best practice in managing assets and portfolios. Raymond is a Trustee, founding member for Asia and a global leader for the Urban Land Institute; a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; serves on various professional educational bodies advising real estate investors, governments, corporates and asset managers; and holds leadership positions in a number of non-profit and charity organisations. He also serves on the Board of Ocean Park Hong Kong. In her role as Director, Art Basel Hong Kong, Angelle Siyang-Le leads the direction of Art Basel’s flagship event in Asia and will drive the Hong Kong show’s future development. Prior to her appointment as the director in November 2022, Siyang-Le oversaw the business development of Art Basel in Greater China, as well as show strategy and gallery relations for the Hong Kong show. In 2020, Siyang-Le led the first Spotlight event by Art Basel in Hong Kong, re-establishing an in-person platform for the art community to exchange ideas during the pandemic. Siyang-Le joined Art Basel in 2012 from The Farook Collection, a private collection in the United Arab Emirates as the Collection Representative. Chris founded the Oval Partnership with Patrick Bruce in 1992, and is a director of its subsidiary, the sustainable and smart city action research group INTEGER that develops many ground-breaking initiatives in sustainable development, notably the world’s first in the use of structural laminated bamboo in multi-storey buildings. Under his leadership the Oval Partnership developed the Open City design principle and transmedia narrative methodology, manifested in the award-winning Sanlitun Taikoo Li Beijing and Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu projects. Based in Hong Kong, Ellie is responsible for the integration of sustainability considerations into Fidelity’s real estate investments and supporting the firm in areas including the development of sustainable investing frameworks, policies, and product offerings, as well as client solutions in APAC and global sustainability related disclosures. Calvin Chou is a Managing Director and the Head of Invesco Real Estate in Asia Pacific. Calvin joined Invesco Real Estate in 2015. Prior to Invesco, he was the Head of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) for Greater China and Southeast Asia since 2006. Calvin began his career working for Morgan Stanley from 1998 to 2015 in New York, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Based in Asia since 2000, Calvin has extensive experience in all phases of real estate investing across the Asia Pacific region and has worked with many of the leading developers and local operators in the region. Calvin has served as Deputy Chair of the Manager Advisory Council to ANREV, Co-Chair of the Real Asset committee of the HKVCA and is a member of the Urban Land Institute in Hong Kong. Since joining istyle group in January 2016, Yuki formulated the Medium-term Business Plan to develop istyle’s overseas retail business and has been involved in a variety of retail business in Asia. Kwok Christopher Kai-wang Mr. Kwok has been an Executive Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (“SHKP”) since April 2016. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of SHKP and a director of certain subsidiaries of SHKP. Mr. Kwok holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He joined SHKP and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) in 2011 and is primarily responsible for the leasing of residential, retail and commercial properties of the Group in Hong Kong and on the mainland. Professor Christine Loh, SBS, JP, OBE, Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, is Chief Development Strategist, Institute for the Environment at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She was Under Secretary for the Environment in the HKSAR Government (2012-17), Special Consultant to the Chief Executive on the mainland’s ecological civilization policy (2019-20), and a Member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council (1992-97 and 1998-20). Loh has been active in public policy and politics since the 1980s. She founded and was the CEO of the non-profit think tank, Civic Exchange (2000-12), and helped to establish several non-profit organizations in Hong Kong related to the environment, equal opportunity, and arts and culture. Professor Loh is currently a board member of CDP Worldwide, Global Maritime Forum, New Forests Pty Ltd, Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited, and is Asia Society’s Scholar in Residence (2023-24). She taught a course at Anderson School of Management, University of California at Los Angeles on nonmarket risks for five years (2018-22). She is a published author of many academic and popular works. Loh is a lawyer by training, and a commodities trader by profession. She received her legal training in England and received honorary degrees of Doctor of Law from the University of Hull and Doctor of Science from the University of Exeter.

Jiwon is an ESG consultant at Colliers, with commercial real estate as her main expertise. She specializes in developing ESG strategies, supporting APAC investors with TCFD, Net-Zero, GRESB, green building certification, pre-investment ESG due diligence and ESG reporting. Langham Place Hong Kong, Roppongi Hills Tokyo and Quay Quarters Sydney are past and present notable projects representative of a people-based design that draws over one billion visitors to Jerde projects around the world annually in twenty countries. John Pattar (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2018 and is a Partner and Head of KKR's Real Estate business in Asia Pacific. Eli is an expert in sustainable urban development. His experience around the globe includes plans and initiatives for new and revitalised places, large-scale urbanisation and regional strategies, climate change strategy and policy, masterplanning for transit oriented development, reclamation and waterfront development, industry, tourism and leisure projects, and pioneering creation of a mechanism in the UK for low-carbon retrofit of existing buildings. He is currently a senior advisor and independent consultant on sustainability, urban innovation and development, adjunct associate professor at the University of Hong Kong, and a member of the Advisory Board of AMRACE (Advanced Manufacturing Robotics Accelerator Centre of Excellence) in Malaysia. Wilfred Ma is the Head of Hong Kong Investments at Phoenix Property Investors, where he is responsible for originating real estate equity and debt investments in Hong Kong. Andrew Moore is Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate at Schroders Capital. He was previously Chief Executive of Pamfleet, which he co-founded in 2000 and led through its integration with Schroders in 2020. At Pamfleet, he guided the business in originating, co-investing and asset managing value-add real estate investments, with notable transactions in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai. Andrew began his career in real estate in London in 1987 as a graduate with Edward Erdman Chartered Surveyors, moving to Nelson Bakewell the following year. He moved to Asia with Jones Lang Wootton (now JLL) in 1993, taking on responsibility for The Peninsula Hong Kong’s extension project and Jardine’s new development in Ho Chi Minh City. Between 1995 and 2000 Andrew worked at Jardine Fleming as portfolio manager of a pan-Asian real estate fund. He holds a Bachelors (Honours) degree in Urban Land Administration and a Masters degree with Distinction in International Real Estate. Andrew is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, the Manager Advisory Council of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV) and the Urban Land Institute’s Asia Pacific Capital Markets Council.

As a Director, Climate Change, Asia Pacific at HSBC, Pritya drives and oversees the implementation of the Group’s climate ambition in international markets ex-ASEAN. She works with Head of Sustainability at countries and markets to develop country climate plan, engages in governance of sustainable finance, and supports Senior Management of the Bank and Business teams in external engagement on climate change and sustainability topics, including with clients, regulators, and industry bodies. Pritya has worked on various roles in HSBC, including client coverage, wholesale portfolio management, and commercial real estate finance in Commercial Banking in Asia Pacific, before specializing in climate change. She has over 15 years of professional experience building team capabilities and implementing new policies and frameworks in the bank. Pritya holds a Magister of Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School and Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Indonesia. Outside work, she is active in financial literacy education for marginalized groups and mentoring young sustainability talents.

Laurence has led as the Head of Campus Life at the Centre of Development and Resources for Students at The University of Hong Kong since 2023. In this capacity, he oversees student accommodation, amenities facilities, financial services, dining services, support for non-local students and student organizations, orientation programs, and co-curricular programs including General Education. These responsibilities are all designed to enrich the student experience and cultivate a lively intellectual campus atmosphere. Having joined HKU in 2015, Laurence initially contributed to the university's innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives as a founding member of iDendron. Subsequently, he shifted his focus to university fundraising campaigns and alumni engagement. In addition, Laurence serves as the Senior Resident Tutor at HKU Karson Choi College, leading the tutorial team in promoting students' intellectual development, pastoral care, and residential member admissions. Laurence holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from The University of Hong Kong, with a dual major in Politics & Public Administration and Social Policy. He has actively participated in community service as a former member of the Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education for the Hong Kong SAR Government.

Alex started his career at John Swire & Sons working in the United States, China & Hong Kong. Since 2004 he has been an entrepreneur in many different areas of the real estate investment space, co-founding a serviced apartment business, Kush Serviced Apartments, a boutique neighbourhood retail brand called Warehouses on West and a real estate investment and asset management business, District15. District15 co invested with large real estate institutions and funds and was responsible for repositioning, asset managing and exiting these real estate assets and portfolios. Alex also has a long history of mentoring and investing in start ups and technology companies in the proptech and real estate space and has sat on a number of committees and boards in this space including the ULI Technology Committee, the Proptech HK POC Committee, the Negawatt Sustainability Committee, the Gentian Board and the Spacious Advisory Committee. He is a co-founder and managing partner of Undivided Ventures which invests in companies looking to solve for sustainability challenges in the built environment. The establishment of the platform is, he sees, as the culmination of the years of experience he has had investing in real estate and related technologies.

Dan is the CEO and founder of AP Hospitality Advisors headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Bangkok, Beijing and Shenzhen. Overseeing a regional team of associates, Dan and his team have advised institutional and private owners, lenders, developers, investors, and operators in the hospitality real estate space. Dan maintains strong relations with all major hotel operators in the region, publishing the Hotel Operator Guide Asia-Pacific since 2013. Dan has developed a thorough understanding of hospitality markets and trends across Asia-Pacific where he advised on hospitality real estate projects in 27 countries. Combining expertise in real estate, hospitality and finance, Dan monitors macro-trends while being able to zero in on minute details. He is current in supply and demand dynamics, site potential, concept development, area programming, property performance, financials, valuation, financing, investing, operator relations, pre-opening process, and owner representation. His expertise applies to a range of hospitality assets including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, gaming, golf, shared ownership, mixed-use developments, MICE facilities, master plans, and further encompasses tourism, wellness and sustainability. Dan has provided expert witness services at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SHIAC). Some of his high profile projects include the Cheval Blanc Randheli, Soneva Jani, Banyan Tree Seychelles, Four Seasons and St Regis Bora Bora, Aman Tokyo, J Hotel Shanghai, Four Seasons and Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Capella and Four Seasons Bangkok, JW Marriott Singapore, Four Seasons Seoul, Sukhothai Shanghai, Dusit Thani Manila, Four Seasons Sydney.

Alessandro Bisagni is the Founder & President of BEE Incorporations, an international sustainability engineering consulting and technology company specializing in the creation of green and healthy buildings. Alessandro’s mission is to leverage business to do good. This includes educating corporations about tangible ways to build, renovate, and operate spaces sustainably while also helping advance sustainability in our urban environment. Over his career he has managed more than 300 green building projects across 30+ countries. The projects range from luxury retail flagships to eco-resorts to organic showrooms; with a combined footprint of over 40 million square feet. He has grown BEE to become a 50+ team in 12 offices, a LEED Proven Provider, and Top 15 LEED Consultancies in China as recognized by GBCI. BEE is currently the most experienced green building consultancy in the retail sector worldwide. Alessandro has been recognized by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) as a Top 40 Under 40 professional class of 2016, Tatler Asia as Generation T List class of 2017, South China Morning Post as a 2017 Timekeeper, Green Is The New Black as a Green Warrior class of 2019, received an IWBI Leadership Award for his work in Asia on the WELL Building Standard and a Living Future Hero award by the International Living Future Institute class of 2020. He is the co-Founder of the Sustainable Buildings Collaborative (SBC) China and current Chairman of Platinum Hong Kong, two professional industry groups whose mission is to spread green building knowledge across Greater China and build ties between local LEED practitioners and the USGBC.

Yang Luye is the senior manager at Darchi Architects, with focus on overseas education consultancy services. Prior to this, she was a project manager at CUHK and AECOM Hong Kong. Before relocating to Hong Kong in 2019, she was a consultant in the World Resources Institute Beijing office, focusing on sustainable urban development and transportation. She also has a background in residential architectural design and architectural academic research. She graduated from Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree in architecture and received a master's degree in urban design from the University of Sheffield. Luye was born with congenital severe hearing impairment in both ears, and she can fluently communicate with others under assistance of cochlear implant. The hearing impairment also motivates Luye’s passion and actions on the field of accessible design for the hearing-impaired group in her spare time, she actively advocates for the rights of the hearing-impaired group via public speech, industry discussion, blog writing on social media etc. She has worked with many scientific research institutions on enhancement of social values, including KPMG, ULI, Tsinghua Institute of Accessibility, Huawei to promote the progress of barrier-free design and build a digitally inclusive society.

Jeremy has been at JLL for 34 years, starting in HK in 1990, before which he was based in the UK from 1986, with a former company. He is presently in charge of Office Leasing, transaction management and Client partnerships for APAC. He sits on the APAC board, the global IT SteerCo, and the Global Leasing Executive. Over that time he has worked in various different roles, from Tenant representation in HK, then through APAC, to becoming the Business Development Director for all corporate clients, and then moving to NYC to start an International BD function in 2006 working for the global CEO. In 2009, he moved back to HK. He is responsible for Office Leasing and corporate client management for APAC, reporting to the APAC CEO. He has been focused on a series of business transformation initiatives that have included: Data Center leasing, a single APAC operating platform and Database system for the 14 country region, different operating leasing structures in India, China and SEA as well as sponsoring various standalone technology roll-outs. In addition to his role as the Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, former Chair of the RE committee, he is also an ex-officio member of the HK Association Committee, a former RICS examination member, a non-executive board member of a HK design company and sits on a variety of HK based business forums. He is just starting to mentor tech companies as part of the HKSTPI mentor program.
