The 2022 ULI Australia Summit will explore the complex issues that prevail across global and local markets - the drivers that have us reconsidering the role of the City and the CBD, the activation and attraction of these urban environments, and the affordability and accessibility of our shared experiences within them.

Join us and actively participate in discussion that challenges today's thinking and imagines equitable solutions for tomorrow, as thinkers, planners, and creators share their experiences and perspectives at this important and timely ULI forum.  The ULI Australia Summit main conference will run from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm on the 19th of May. If you would like to register for the Summit only, please register here. View our Summit program here. Opportunities for sponsorship here.

Our Circular Quay Regeneration tour with AMP will take place on the 20th May from 9 - 10:15 am. Quay Quarter Sydney is the city’s newest neighbourhood with the revitalised Quay Quarter Lanes comprising new residential, refurbished heritage wool stores and a retail precinct with character-filled dining and lifestyle retailers. In transforming the adjacent 49-story Quay Quarter Tower, developer AMP Capital realised a vision for a world-first adaptive reuse with minimal intervention, retaining 68% of the core of the original tower on the site, and stitching new floor plates to double the lettable area, yet conserving embodied carbon in the process. The development vision has been to leave a legacy of immense social, environmental, cultural and economic outcomes for Sydney.
