    Wrap-up and networking
In addition to empowering women and their advancement in the real estate industry, the ULI Singapore Women’s Leadership Initiative also seeks to inspire more Champions of Change to address gender bias and impediments of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at work.

We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming event Championing Change featuring Benett Theseira, Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific at PGIM Real Estate, and Kwek Eik Sheng, Group Chief Strategy Officer at City Developments Limited (CDL). They will each share about their respective companies' efforts towards increasing diversity, equality and inclusion. Noteworthy is PGIM’s 5-over-5 goal by 2023 – increasing diverse representation at the senior-most levels of PGIM by 5% over next five years – and CDL’s progress and achievements as a Singapore real estate company to be listed on Bloomberg’s Global Gender-Equality Index for four consecutive years.

Join us as we hear from two real estate industry leaders who have made inroads in DEI.

This event will be conducted in person subject to prevailing safe management guidelines. In the event in-person events are not permitted, it will be moved online.
