Navigating Australia's Climate-Related Financial Disclosures: Implications for Real Estate

Join ULI Sydney YLG for the second session of the 2025 ULI Global Sustainability Outlook on Resilience, where we delve into the Australian Treasury’s mandatory climate-related financial disclosures under the Corporations Act. This expert-led panel will unpack the policy’s implications for the real estate sector—focusing on compliance requirements, financial and operational risks, emerging opportunities, and critical implementation timelines.

Industry leaders specializing in ESG, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks will provide legal, financial, and strategic insights, equipping attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the evolving disclosure landscape. The discussion will also explore how Australia’s approach compares on the global stage and what future developments industry professionals should anticipate.
Designed to inform and empower real estate professionals, this session will foster transparency, highlight key challenges, and support the transition toward a more resilient and sustainable built environment.
