On January 16, ULI is hosting a combined Emerging Trends and New Years Networking Party. Part 1 of the day is limited to ULI Full Members and is a presentation of ULI research on the trends of 2025 in Asian real estate. Full members can attend this part of the session for free but with a payment of 11,000 yen (tax included) they can attend the Emerging Trends session and the New Years networking session. All other members and non-members are invited to attend this networking session at the Roppongi Hills Club. It has been a while since we kicked the year off with a bang but we are going to do so this year and invite all to participate. The Emerging Trends session runs from 17:00 to 18:40 and the networking session from 19:00 to 21:00. Reception for Emerging Trends in Real Estate begins 30 minutes before the indicated time, and reception for the New Years Party begins 15 minutes prior.
