In recent years, corporate commitments to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) have accelerated rapidly – but how can the real estate industry track progress on these pledges, and ensure transparency and accountability?
Registration is complimentary and open to all.
In Fall 2021, ULI partnered with ANREV, INREV, NAREIM, NCREIF, PREA, and REALPAC to create a global benchmark of internal corporate DEI metrics for the commercial real estate industry, covering everything from DEI program structure to elements like hiring, retention & promotion, to employee demographics along gender, ethnicity and nationality across seniority and job functions across commercial real estate. Join this webinar to hear what was learned from this precedent-setting survey, the takeaways for ULI members and what best practices can help continue driving progress on DEI.
