    Simon Lincoln

    Make Architects

    Simon is Make’s Asia pacific Director and leads the Make Sydney design studio. Simon has been at Make for over 17 years and relocated to Sydney in 2014 as the design lead in the development of Brookfield Place Sydney. He has worked internationally across all of the Make studios in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong and Beijing. He spent two years in Beijing where he completed Make’s first built project in China. Simon has led several high-profile and award winning schemes across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential and urban design. Being at the forefront of the redevelopment of Brookfield Place, and the rejuvenation of the Wynyard Precinct Simon has witnessed first-hand how these projects can shape our view of a city and influence how people interact intuitively with architecture and public spaces.

    Phillip Naylor

    Director, Developments, Brookfield Asia Pacific

    Phillip is a Director | Developments at Brookfield Properties. He has worked at Brookfield since 2003, with development and asset management responsibilities across a diverse range of office, residential, retail, hotel, marina, hospitality and leisure projects. Development projects include Brookfield Place Sydney, Classic East Melbourne, Luna Park Sydney Entertainment Precinct and The Wharf at Woolloomooloo. During 25 years of real estate experience Phillip has worked across multiple property sectors and projects, often involving complex planning and delivery structures in successful partnerships or joint venture arrangements. Phillip has worked previously as a Property Development Manager at Accor Hotels and Assistant Asset Manager at Tourism Asset Holdings Limited, at the time Australia’s largest hotel owner. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Land Economics) from the University of Technology Sydney, graduating with honours in 1999.
