    Live Broadcast Global HONG KONG
The future of retail is all about experience, physical and digital. COVID-19 has accelerated the pace of change in this sector. Retailers and landlords need to provide a rounded experience for consumers, which calls for new technology and new approaches. What is the best tenant mix for shopping malls? What other services need to be included to attract and keep customers in retail facilities? Is hotelisation a buzzword or will it be a trend to stay? Will investors see retail a sector to buy, sell or hold?
