How can underutilized public properties be transformed into engines of social value and operational efficiency?

ULI Hong Kong Housing Committee invites you to an exclusive study tour of Po Lam Jockey Club Housing for the Elderly. This site serves as a prime case study in public asset optimization, demonstrating how a property can be effectively repurposed and managed to address a critical community need.

Gain direct operational insights from the charity Helping Hand, who run this facility to provide dignified, self-contained living for seniors. This tour is the critical primer for our main panel on November 25th: "Assets Optimization Opportunities of Public Properties for Social Good," featuring Winnie Ho, Secretary of Housing (HKHS); Donald Choi (URA); and Stanley Wong from Helping Hands and Katherine Lo from Link Asset Management Limited, details of this event to be shared in the coming weeks.

Gain the on-the-ground context before the discussion.

Registration is required - deadline is 4 November 2025 (Tuesday).

Event confirmation details will be sent to all participants 2 days prior to the event.
