The WLI champions the advancement of women throughout their career in the real estate sector, with the ambition of increasing the number of and visibility of women in leadership positions. With this ambition in mind, the WLI has designed a bespoke programme to support the development of a fully resolved career plan with short- and long-term targets.

Programme Highlights:

You will get to attend three workshops in person, each workshop spans 90 minutes, and one month apart. The facilitator will walk you through a programme, starting with long term vision to define short- and long-term goals.

21 September – Imagining your Future
26 October – Identifying your strengths and Weaknesses
23 November  – Refining your Career Landscape

During this programme, you will outline your strengths and weaknesses, identify skill and education gaps, map your network, identify possible career directions and chart a course to achieve your career ambitions. Each of the three workshops will see you through this programme with pre-work required.
